To qualify for purchase, your income must be at or below the thresholds in the tables below. Smaller households may not have sufficient income to purchase larger homes.
INCOME QUALIFICATION
To purchase a home through Homestead Community Land Trust you must earn less than 80% of area median income as determined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD), an agency of the federal government. In real dollars an income of 80% AMI means:
INCOME QUALIFICATION FOR LOWEST PRICE HOMES
Three of the homes at Willowcrest are set aside for those who make 60% of area median income or less as determined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD), an agency of the federal government. These are the $243,334 homes. Additional qualifying criteria apply beyond incomes. Please see the News section for details "Lower Priced Homes." Please note that these homes are priced to be affordable to larger households. In real dollars an income of 60% AMI means:
